Just a few reminders since we are getting closer to cold and Flu season.

If you are questioning whether to keep your child home or send them to school, please contact the clinic at 513-755-5975 or follow this link, When to Stay Home to see Lakota’s illness guidelines. 

Also, if your student requires a medication at school, you will need to have a medication permit completed by their doctor. All proper paperwork can be found on Lakota’s website - Taking Medication at School.  Medication is not allowed to be transported in your student’s backpack.  All medication needs to be in the proper bottle with the correct label and brought in by the parent.
